If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please retain the product in its original packaging, with any labels attached.

Hats must not have been worn and still be in a saleable condition. We will then gladly refund the value or exchange for any other items to the same value.

What happens when there is a quality issue?

 

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery on [email protected] . We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective. Please attach a pic of the defect.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?

In cases of unavailability, we will send you an email with suggestions for an exchange or refund you in full within 30 days from date of payment to Totem Teepee.

What if I want to cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made. Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.

What happens if I receive the incorrect order?
