Delivery times.
For teepees in stock 3-4 working days. For regional zones add 2 working days.

Delivery Areas
Areas like Somerset West, Nelspruit, Paarl and the Vaal are in the regional zone.

Local pickup
You are welcome to arrange for your own courier to collect. The DM’s are 200 x 10 x 10 and weight 3.5kg. Email [email protected] to set this up.

Important notes.
Totem Teepee assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item.

Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.
